Here's what's in the fridge:

brown rice
cucumber yogurt salad
stuffed peppers
mashed potatoes with cream cheese and sour cream
leftover stuffing from the peppers

Knowing Steve (rootbeer1), he'll mix it all together, roll it out with a rolling pin, roll it up into a roast, truss it with string, snip the string with his lobster-claw like hands, and roast it. Hopefully he'll make his famous pineapple upside-down cake too.
