They look SO good! Maybe you can serve them in our frog potlatch bowl. I won't even ask what the number of (sane) servings per turtle is.

I thought of serving them on a bed of braised spinach to look like grass, with boiled new potatoes for rocks and a broccoli stalk or two for trees.

One of these days, the folks who created http://www.thisiswhyyourefat.com have to publish a cookbook. While some of the creations are downright repulsive, let's face it: Many of them (such as the turtleburgers pictured above) look awfully delicious.
