New toys

We drank the kool-aid...or the apple juice, I should say. Yesterday we both got rid of our crappy old cell phones and got iPhones.

I'm amazed how much I love mine already. I actually plan to keep it turned on and carry it with me, unlike previous phones. The only other Apple product I own is my iPod, which I also love, so who knows? Maybe my next computer....

We bought ours on an impulse because Allen's father was having open heart surgery and I wanted us to stay in close contact while he was away. That phone changed our lives within one day, and we've never looked back. Like you, mine is almost always with me unlike previous phones.

My entire staff directory (of 150) is on there plus all my doctors and medications. When I was recently in hospital and they asked about meds, I just pushed the right button and handed them my phone.

No, don't give in to Mac-insanity!

Sure, they're good at portable stuff, but just keep saying to yourself: I'm a PC. I'm a PC.

I love my iPhone. Wouldn't trade it for anything. it's the "gateway" device I needed to get me into putting more things on a PDA. I've had a few in the past, and they didn't do crap.
